It was estimated that the music of prolific Charles Fox was heard by 300 million people each week as the composer, along with frequent collaborator, lyricist Norman Gimbel, of the themes of such 70s hit TV shows as Happy Days (Our Dreams Come True), Laverne & Shirley, Angie, The Love Boat, Wonder Woman, Love American Style and Paper Chase. His hit songs are Roberta Flacks Killing Me Softly With His Song, the 1978 Academy Award nominee Ready To Take a Chance Again sung by Barry Manilow, Pratt and McClains cover of Happy Days and Jim Croces I Got A Name. His movie credits are also impressive. He penned the music for The other Side of the Mountain, Foul Play, Goodbye Columbus, Barbarella and others.
