Linda Lorence

Linda Lorence is Vice President of Writer/Publisher Relations for SESAC, where she directs the New York creative department and develops outreach programs to increase SESAC's exposure and participation in the New York music community. Ms. Lorence actively scouts talent throughout the country, signing new and established songwriters to SESAC's growing and impressive roster. 

She recently was re-elected to the Board of Governors of the New York Chapter of The Recording Academy (NARAS). She also serves on the boards of The Songwriters' Hall of Fame, The National Music Council, Jazz Alliance International and the Advisory Board of Women In Music, Inc., for which Ms. Lorence is a former president. She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, with a degree in Professional Music. As a voice principal, she was twice awarded the Cleo Laine Jazz Masters Award. In 1997 she was honored with Berklee's Distinguished Alumni Award.
